Your data stays on your device. Blood Pressure Tracker by Clinical Codes is designed to put you in control of your health information. We do not collect or share your readings with any server unless you explicitly export or back them up yourself.

Data We Collect

  • Health readings: Systolic & diastolic blood-pressure values, heart rate (BPM), date/time.
  • Notes: Any free-form comments you attach to a reading.
  • Usage data: Crash logs and anonymous analytics to help us improve the app.

How We Use Your Data

  • All health readings, notes, and timestamps are stored locally on your iPhone or iPad—never on our servers.
  • Anonymous analytics (e.g. number of sessions, feature usage) may be collected to help us prioritize bug fixes and new features.
  • We may display personalized ads via Google AdMob; to support this, we request tracking permission (NSUserTrackingUsageDescription). You can opt out at any time via Settings.

In-App Purchase & Tracking

  • If you purchase the Premium upgrade, that transaction is handled by Apple’s secure In-App Purchase system—no payment info is stored by us.
  • We only request App Tracking Transparency permission to enable personalized ads. If you decline, you will still receive ads, but they won’t be tailored based on your device’s advertising identifier.

Third-Party Services

  • AdMob (Google) for advertising. Their SDK may collect device identifiers and usage data per their privacy policy.
  • None of your personal health data is transmitted to Google or any other third party.

Your Choices & Rights

  • Export your data any time as a CSV to share with your healthcare provider.
  • Delete any individual record in the app, or uninstall the app to erase all data.
  • Opt out of tracking: go to Settings → Privacy → Tracking and disable “Allow Blood Pressure Tracker to Request to Track.”

Children’s Privacy

This app is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

If you have any questions or concerns about how your data is handled, please contact us at support@clinicalcodes.com.
